- The building site covers two city blocks but the building sits only on the north side of 6th Ave. The south block is where the second building incorporating the old York hotel was to be built but it has been put on hold.
- The parking garage has 1390 parking spaces and room for 420 bicycles
- The Plus 15 system of walkways connects to the building from the Suncor Energy Centre
The Building

- 1.9 million square feet of office space
- 58 floors including 3 with sky gardens and two with shops and food services
- Each floor has about 32,000 square feet
- Most offices have a window because of the shape of the building
- Plenty of views of the mountains and the shape of the building captures a lot of sunlight
- The shape of the building helps to deal with the wind patterns
- The 3 floors with sky gardens provide a park like environment in the sky
